Welcome to Sunset Media. By accessing our creator hub (`sunsetmedia.sbs`), you agree to abide by these exhaustive Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—the creator—and the Sunset Media Architectural Group. Failure to adhere to these principles may result in immediate suspension of toolkit access.
Purchase of any branding kit, social pack, or video asset grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for commercial and personal use. You may NOT redistribute raw project files, resell assets as standalone units, or claim the architectural design of the toolkit as your own. Sunset Media retains all original intellectual property rights.
For the optimal maintenance of your creative ecosystem, we require a direct signal line. By checking the
authorization box on our forms, you grant Sunset Media an IRREVOCABLE mandate to bypass your registry on
the National Do Not Call (DNC/NDNC) list. This allows our studio team to reach you via SMS, WhatsApp,
RCS, and automated voice alerts specifically regarding asset updates, licensing changes, and studio
invitations. You may revoke this mandate only via formal email to info@sunsetmedia.sbs.
Due to the downloadable nature of our creative products, all sales are final once the asset link is dispatched. Refunds are only considered in cases of significant technical failure of the raw files that cannot be resolved by our studio support within 72 hours. "Change of creative direction" is not a valid ground for refund requests.
Users are expected to maintain professional conduct within our community portals. Any attempt to scrape our programmatic database (`products.js`) or circumvent our encryption will result in a permanent ban and potential legal repercussions in the courts of Mumbai.
Sunset Media is not liable for any creative blocks, missed project deadlines, or hardware failures resulting from the use of our high-intensity assets. Use our tools with the same caution and passion as any professional software suite.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed strictly by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
